Develop transaction transfer using the electronic system, to reduce the use of paper (paper less university); and to reach transactions as soon as possible

• For the general supervision of the unit of staff, correspondence and reporters.
• Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of the work.
• Receiving incoming documents received by the unit in paper and electronically.
• Exporting documents to internal and external units electronically and paperless.
• Follow-up and make sure that documents reach the destinations.
• Receiving reviewers and responding to inquiries regarding documents and their course.
• Develop and update models and mechanisms in the unit.
