Mission

Human Resources Development Unit aspires to achieve development and enrich of information and skills through continuous cooperation and support in providing courses and workshops in the field of education, technology and research to ensure quality.

Identify the training needs to develop the skills and knowledge of the faculty in academic and research fields.

Develop plans to organize training programs to develop knowledge and skills for human resources.

Implementing a set of development programs aimed to develop and enrich the skills of human resources.

Establish a strategy to follow up and evaluate development programs to enhance quality.

Encourage cooperation and participation in training programs in cooperation with accredited training centers.
