The faculty awards the students the bachelor degree after four years of study and 12-months internship practical year. Students graduate after completing courses set by the curriculum plan. In addition to that, students are required to complete four university courses in Islamic culture, two Arabic language courses, two English language courses, one information technology course and one communication skills course.

Internship is an obligatory training year for all bachelor nursing students. The aim is to provide nursing students with an opportunity to strengthen nursing skills, and apply their knowledge in various clinical practices and demonstrate competency in practical skill and procedure.

This year is a requirement of Saudi Council for Health Specialties in Saudi Arabia for practicing the career. The student must spend 12 month (47 weeks) in any recognized hospital that offers training program with direct supervision of college. At the end of each rotation the student’s evaluation should send it to faculty of nursing. By successful completion of this internship period the graduate will be awarded the certificate.
